      Pros

      Everyone is extremely welcoming, helpful and supportive. It's a lot of work but easy to manage. Everyone is understanding and patient. Get to work from home twice a week and that's a huge plus.

      Cons

      The volume of work is enormous, but manageable.

      Pros

      I have been at Kemper for almost 2 months now, but with the comfort level that my team gives me, makes me feel like I've been here for the longest. Everyone is very helpful when it comes to needing help.

      Cons

      So far ... there hasn't been any downsides for me here at Kemper, although sometimes I feel a little out of place because I am new to the legal field, but the more I practice & get the hands on training/experience, it helps me out a lot.

      The team is very patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. This is a new area of law for me, and they are giving me the time to understand it and learn my way around new systems.
