      Pros

      To get you in the door, Kemper offers one of the best benefits packages I've ever seen and is very competitive in terms of salary for the industry. I'm relatively new here at Kemper but thus far, the work has been challenging, cross functional teamwork is very present which is a breath of fresh air, and they spare no expense in providing the tools required to help their people succeed.

      Nothing I've seen yet but will provide an update if I come across anything.

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly and they are in a hiring surge. It's nice to see that while other companies seem to be slowing down right now. They invest a lot into their employees and provide opportunities for education and help you build your career plan.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. As the company grows quickly, there are some teams and processes that are new or in the process of being built out. Not necessarily a con, just something to work through.
