Great management team. Good communication. They have done a nice job with onboarding online during remote handling. Upper management has been very communicative in regards to providing updates on recent events and the plan going forward. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Cost of benefits are higher than past job but they do have good options to choose from.

I have worked here for just a little over three years, I love the environment, the company, my team that I work with. My manager goes above and beyond to ensure that we are all successful! She always leads by example and is a true asset to the company. The pay and benefits are great. Plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company. Everyone has a great attitude and they're always ready to help! Kemper really makes you feel like an owner, no matter your role.

Cons

There aren't many cons really. Insurance is always changing, and it is a very fast paced environment. Can be stressful if time is not managed properly.
