Pros

You get paid when payroll doesn’t mess up.

Cons

No Training, they don’t tell you, you have to take test to keep your job as a trainee. Messy Unprofessional Managers. The job is in the hood, you can be robbed or shot, The workload is too heavy, they throw work on you from other people, on top of your own work load. Payroll messes up. No one got paid last check, The workers are overgrown mentally ill adults. The benefits sucks btw! No job security at all and managers undermine each other. Several department of insurance complaints that may not be your fault effects your .25 yearly raise. Managers go out for drinks with peers and talk about upper management. It’s a big a high school.

Pros

Start building paid time off from day one. Insurance available in a month.

Cons

Workload placed on claims personnel are outstandingly unreasonable. Management constantly complains about productivity even if you're churning claims out. Raises for work done aren't given as promised and training is substandard at best.
