      Pros

      opportunity for professional growth. Start off as a trainee and learn so much, which gives you ability to advance within the company. Culture is great. Your Managers and upper level teams are very open and encourage you to express your voice and opinions to make your work place better.

      Cons

      As a Trainee you do need to complete lots of Training which you do need to pass in order to continue your employment. This adds an extra pressure on you, perhaps if they would decrease the score you would need to get to pass, it would make things feel less pressured, specifically for those who might not do too well with exams.
