great 401k match flexible hours work from home observed holidays

Cons

constantly added job responsibilities -PTO requests are submitted 6 months in advance -revolving door of regional re-inspections, every other month -no accountability in other departments, MDs are saddled with all responsibility -lack of support from management when it comes to holding other departments responsible.
