      Pros

      Kemper brought me into the company to onboard a new role (IT Service Delivery Manager). My leadership has been very supportive in allowing me to implement innovative ideas and exercise my creativity. My team is growing and we are continuing to add value with the new Service Delivery model.

      I am relatively new to the company so I do not have much to say on the downside.
