With the express team, you get more experience to see how claims are handled once the claim is filed. From abstracting the claim, speaking to other involved parties, to reviewing damages to vehicles, and making liability decisions. Express team is the next stepping stone to your career into claims handling.

Cons

Can seem to be overwhelming at first until you get the process down for express, and call volume can be high sometimes in the que.
