      Pros

      I started with the company straight out of college and have worked my way up from an entry level position to becoming a manager. Working for Kemper has allowed me to have opportunities that are few and far between. I also have a career that I can pursue long term and the support from the company to pursue opportunities for further growth within the company. Kemper also offers great compensation and benefits starting from the entry level position.

      The only con is that I have to drive a long distance to the office

      Pros

      Well my first pro is they hired me:) In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with some really fantastic people from my peers to leadership. Plus during the Covid-19 pandemic we have been able to work from home instead of losing our jobs completely like some other organizations.

      Cons

      I think there is growth opportunity in the company but I do not necessarily see it in my department. Also, I believe there could be more diversity in leadership roles.
