There are No Pros at this time except you get paid on time.

Cons

They Promote people that are Affiliated Or Family members of the Director. They don’t follow California labor laws and pay remote employees properly. Your expected to drive to your assignment on your own time and when your done with your day drive home on your own time. No growth within the company unless your Affiliated or a Direct family member of the Director. This place is going in a downwards spiral ever since Mr “I will have another one took over”. I can’t see myself continuing to work here with its corrupt Management.

Good benefits, location, and work areas. Decent salary. Evolving technology.

Cons

Have been laying off experienced people for the last several years, losing a lot of needed knowledge. Much pressure and long hours for some of those remaining.
