Pros

I’ve been working for 3 years, and I’m 2 years I became a Sales Manager. A great department if you’re looking for an opportunity to grow in your career. The sales organization has so much talent, and the company is constantly looking to develop their employees. Sales and quota driven environment for anyone that loves to work hard and be recognized for.

Cons

The company is growing so fast after the acquisition in 2018.

Pros

Lot of support from supervisors. Plenty of tools to succeed. Employs are excited to work for Kemper. They encourage a real entrepreneurial spirit where they want you to act like an owner and go above and beyond just your job description.

Cons

Products are very limited in my State so that can be difficult but Kemper is working on new rates and products for my state so soon this won't be a con at all.
