      Pros

      The benefits and the salary were nice.

      Cons

      They promised remote opportunities then pulled nearly everyone back into the office. The CEO is incompetent and doesn't care about the people on the floor. The work is not managed well, everyone is on the phones all day, and forced into overtime. No job growth for underwriters.

      Comfortable work environment, competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement from the inside. Company would rather hire outsiders for any management or upper management position than promote from within. Stagnant growth. Very little opportunity as company is slowly shrinking. Upper management outsiders come in for a couple of years, change a few things...usually for the worse, company doesn't grow, and then they leave.

      Pros

      Benefits and PTO company luncheons at times are enjoyable.

      Cons

      Company works district office staff but the amount and difficulty of work does not reflect in the pay. Concerned only with issuing business no one or nothing else matters. Little regard or respect for employees.
