      Went back to office full time thats why i left, need to upgrade guidewire, can have heavy workload. Low pay compared to competition

      WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED AT

      Gained experience in Arbitration claims processing.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance and an over abundance of claims. Managers are not held accountable for the disparity in how they manage their teams. You can perform ten times better than a team member and still be graded more harshly than an under performing team mate. The director has no spine and allows the managers to treat employees badly. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.
