Pros

The pay is on par with the market. That's about it.

Cons

1) Incompetent and under-qualified people are hired to senior roles because they are friends with the executives. Favoritism and nepotism are prevalent. Although the company slogan promotes meritocracy, it's not the case in practice. 2) The turnover rate is very high from the staff levels to the VP levels. People don't even stay for a year. It's a revolving door. 3) Very poor leadership. Some senior executives talk down to lower level employees and some are just bullies. Some are not even honest. It's not a people-oriented culture. 4) There is a very low level of diversity and inclusion in Finance. Minorities are not getting equal opportunities. 5) Be aware if you are interviewing for open positions. They try very hard to sell the jobs, but what you will actually do is very different from what they tell you in the interviews. A lot of people are under-utilized and doing work that are much below their skill and experience level. It's not a good place to work if you want to grow your skills.
