Pros

I started August 3rd and I've been in training since my start date. They have done a great job of training me especially in the current work from home environment. This is the first position I've started from home and was worried about learning the system from home. They have done a great job of easing me into the job and provided several virtual classes. Based on my unit huddles and meetings so far, the claim count per adjuster is very reasonable.

Cons

At this time I'm unable to think of any cons.

Pros

Kemper has a lot of opportunities for growth and development. They're starting pay rate is very competitive and they still give you opportunities to increase your pay, based on performance. Management is very helpful and patient and as a new hire, that's very helpful!

Cons

As of right now, I don't have any cons seeing that I've only been with Kemper for 4 weeks.

Pros

Work life balance. Promotion within 8 months of joining company. Insurance designation included in tuition reimbursement. Management seems to really listen to employees concerns.

Cons

I currently do not have any cons about working here, other than the commute.
