      Pros

      Very positive culture. Work life balance is valued. Management takes the time to speak to employees, get to know them, and hear their suggestions.

      Cons

      If you are seeking parental leave, you have to be there for 12 months. But this isn’t that big of a deal. That seems to be standard at most companies.

      Pros

      Most people I work with are diligent, thoughtful and willing to pitch-in on team projects. Ideas for innovation and evolution are generally accepted from any level, and people are openly lauded for their contributions. Generally speaking, the company's leadership has built a culture where any good idea can be considered no matter who it comes from.

      Cons

      The volume of work can at times be quite heavy, and outdated technology can be a consistent hurdle--though leadership is often aware of the challenges and open to help find solutions. There could be more transparency on promotion tracks and pay scales, but it continues to get better.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, it is a very collegial atmosphere, and there is a high sense of camaraderie. Plenty of opportunities for growth and training. High volume case load so you will have plenty to do throughout the day. Great work/life balance even with the high volume.

      Cons

      There is no profit sharing plan currently in place.
