      Pros

      They provide training in class and online. Team members and Management are there to help. There is always room for advancement in your area or opportunities to advance in other areas of insurance. The benefits are great, Vacation time generous.

      Cons

      Along with every other insurance company a lot of changes due to the current environment but we are adapting and succeeding.

      Pros

      There is a tremendous ability to maneuver and ascend throughout the entire company. The world of insurance is so broad--and Kemper makes sure to make each and every branch of the claims world available to you. A company full of progress and care, Kemper simply allows multiple opportunities for growth. It is one of the many things I love about the company. There is room for growth and room for learning. The people here make me love my position. I love the team of supervisors as we are able to meet and feed off of each other. It is truly a team effort across the board. It has been refreshing to see people come to work ready to assist and work together. Kemper makes you feel apart of the team, no matter your role.

      Cons

      To be transparent there are not many cons working at Kemper. Better organization maybe, though that is understood as Kemper has bought a few other companies and we are improving to get communication under one roof.

      Diversity and Inclusion isn’t just a buzz phrase, it’s a way of life. Growing company with tons of opportunities to advance your career. Incredible management, recruiting, and support teams. Being able to do good work that matters with coworkers and managers who all sincerely care and want to help is a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than market standards. As the company grows, frequent reviewing of salary ranges will be required to keep quality employees who can drive that growth.
