      Full of opportunities, and a great place to work. You can learn alot, and challenge your inner critic. We all work together as a team, and strive to help one another achieve their goals, individually and collectively.

      Cons

      Being able to remain positive and courteous with an irate customer can be challenging, but you will gain the skills to calm them down and gather the information needed to file the claim. There is alot of information to retain, but you will get training and have time to ask questions if needed.

      Pros

      All management and staff were very professional during the hiring and onboarding process! Overall company etiquette and environment seem to be up to par with the most professional standards in today's corporate business world which is truly appreciated.

      Cons

      Working from home is not the ideal setting however it is not the company's fault that we are in the middle of a pandemic.
