Pros

A dynamic work environment that promotes from with based on merit rather than experience. The company adjusted quickly and effectively in ensuring a safe working environment during the pandemic. They allowed many, such as myself, to work from home. When there was a unexpected rise in cases, they quickly rolled back their pilot program to have certain offices open again. There are great opportunities for advancement quickly, and entry-level first notice of loss reps can be eligible for promotion and advancement in as little as 3 months. Competitive retirement and insurance options are available, such as health insurance and 401(k) with matching contributions.

Cons

A large-scale corporate culture can seem a little sterile at times. Prior to the merger with Infinity Insurance, Infinity's office was regularly visited by upper management, and there was an annual banquet that was very popular. The banquet was phased out. Since the merger, internal correspondence is effective, but tends to include in-house jargon and corporate-speak that can seem unintentionally distant.
