      Pros

      Great collaborative team. Excellent training. Organized and very well run department. A lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Management and upper management seem very accessible, down to earth and genuinely interested in you and making the work place a positive productive environment for all.

      Cons

      PTO policy is competitive, however, you can't use time until accrued which could be a challenge for some their first year of employment.

      Pros

      The hiring process considering the current situation was 100% virtual and it was very smooth. The feedback from the Talent Acquisition Manager was very timely and accurate. I felt that I had a full transparency throughout the entire process. It is a great time to be at Kemper, as the organization is going through a major transformation. Being on a job for a month I feel already that I'm part of the Team and I can make a great difference within the organization. Kemper is Chicago base and it is intensively growing and hiring even now, considering COVID situation. The company adopted to a new normal very quickly and the business is usual. It is a great opportunity to be with Kemper for everybody who can bring new ideas to a table and is eager enough to make an impact and change within the organization.

      Cons

      As the Company is going through the major transformation, the work load and number of projects might be intense at a time. However, it is a great place and Teams are very welcoming especially new hires. The company gives you all of the tools you need to succeed.
