Starting with the on-boarding process and working with their recruiter, Danielle Clark she always kept me informed of progress, and made my transition into Kemper extremely smooth. Although I am new to the organization everyone that I have come in contact with has been great to work with which speaks volumes about the overall culture, environment, and direction of the organization.

The benefits, 401K match, share discounts, healthy team environment, structured, professional, and the ability to grow and develop are the major factors to be employed by Kemper. There are may other perks such as tuition assistance, training and diversity that makes this company one to envy

Cons

COVID hindered certain things such as physical classroom time. Also, since working from home depends on your internet, it does get frustrating.
