      Pros

      Upfront training and I-Car certification, the way the company welcomes you and teaches you if a very positive impact. Coming from another insurance company. The communication and overall job structure ensures that you are well prepared for everything.

      Cons

      Nothing at the moment, training from home might be ideal for some, but we have access to multiple programs and training modules that gives us a change of pace.

      The Hiring process was easy from start to finish at Kemper.

      Pros

      Within the week I had an in person interview set up at Kemper with the District Manager. Very happy with the hiring process had a 30 minute phone meeting prior to the local in person meeting. Talent management team from Kemper sticks with you for the entire process and helps along with any difficulties; making the process very smooth.

      Cons

      Working through lunch time. Overall, the hours are great for my schedule though.
