Pros

Kemper offers competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities. The on boarding process during covid was effortless and management and HR have been communicative through the whole process.

Cons

Kemper is always growing and this requires it's team members to be flexible. This could present challenges for some but is also refreshing for others.

The Kemper FNOL department is the perfect environment for those seeking a rewarding career in the insurance industry. We offer a fast paced, friendly environment that challenges you to do your best. We provide excellent customer service in a call center position to help those in their time of need file their claims and start their road to recovery. If you enjoy assisting people and challenging yourself, than you will fit right in. There is also plenty of opportunity for growth and developing your career!
