      Pros

      A company that is moving forward, lots of opportunities to grow and learn new technologies as they advance productivity. There is no such thing as "I can't!" If you have roadblocks, someone is more than willing to help in order to achieve a goal or complete an objective.

      Cons

      The company with the new management started to implement new ideas and technologies which resulted in the company growing at a fast pace. A wobbly teenager with a growth spurt that has yet to get a good grip on his own body. This is a borderline cons but it will have pros in the future, the idea is keeping up with the pace environment, increase in resources are also needed.
