Pros

Since starting at Kemper, what has most impressed me is the accessibility to senior management. In conversations with senior leaders, you really can see the trust they put into their employees to make a difference and live into their moto “Act Like an Owner.” I feel empowered to bring my best self to work each day.

Cons

I am still relatively new to the company and I do not have any cons to share.

Pros

Fair benefits and compensation. Employee outreach available. Communication is consistent. Excellent HR department that protects privacy, shows empathy and is timely in responses.

Cons

Since transitioning, I can honestly say I have none. I have adapted well to the adjustments and enjoying working for Kemper.
