      This is a growing company with many opportunities for advancement. The company offers competitive pay and benefits. The work locations are well maintained and excellent technology is available. Most of all, the people I work with are creative and fun.

      Cons

      Currently, the work load can sometimes be a little overwhelming. However, many technology and process improvements are underway to help make this more manageable.

      Pros

      Kemper has really competitive pay hourly and the Incentive program is one of the top incentives in the industry since there is not cap. Kemper has really good benefits and that is always a plus in a company because in the long term it will save you money. The Health benefits are really good and the stock option discount and 401K are also really good benefits from the company. The culture and the leadership in this company is really good. For me is the best company I have work for and I been in several different industries in the last 22 years.

      Cons

      The only con I will say is for the sales department you have to be bilingual because our customers required that type of service and that can limit the ability to some people to apply.
