      Pros

      Kemper Health is a wonderful place to work. They care about their employees and have an exceptional office building. The work environment is quiet and non-contentious. The New Business department is low stress and everyone is like family.

      Awesome pay and benefits. You are treated as an adult so no micromanaging. Wonderful management support if needed. Job outlook is positive. Communication is timely and on point which is essential especially now that almost all of us are working remotely due to COVID-19.
