      Pros

      In addition to generous health benefits, paid time off, and a great 401(k) plan, Kemper invests in its employees by providing paid training and insurance licensing. They give you all the tools that you would ever need in order to be successful. Kemper consistently asked for employee feedback and insight. What is even better is they take that information and put it into action. I feel valued and appreciated not only as an employee but as a person.
