      Pros

      I have had a great experience so far working for Kemper in Jacksonville, Florida. There is a diverse culture, and everyone seems very professional and respectful. The InfoSec Leadership team is amazing. Very helpful, responsive, professional and great personalities that mesh well. Sometimes we spend more time with our coworkers than we do our own families, so it is important to me that my "at work" family is something that I am happy with.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to comment on other than the fact that I was hired during COVID and I have never been into the office. My interactions with everyone has been electronically. Email, Phone, and Video Conferencing. Im excited to meet everyone in person soon.

      With the express team, you get more experience to see how claims are handled once the claim is filed. From abstracting the claim, speaking to other involved parties, to reviewing damages to vehicles, and making liability decisions. Express team is the next stepping stone to your career into claims handling.

      Cons

      Can seem to be overwhelming at first until you get the process down for express, and call volume can be high sometimes in the que.
