      Pros

      Kemper is a fast growing company with lots of room to learn and develop your knowledge base and skills with plenty of promotional opportunities. Benefits are great and include company stock options. Company culture is great and the training and supervisory staff do a great job at making you feel welcomed and supported to properly handle assigned responsibility.

      Cons

      Positions with customer contact require you to be bilingual.

      Growing company with numerous growth opportunities. Great starting salary with competitive benefits. Excellent claims training program which enables you to hit the ground running. Low pending which allows you to focus on customer service. Responsive management team which defines clear and specific expectations for you to succeed. Open door policy so that employees not only receive regular feedback about how they're doing, they are given an opportunity to provide feedback to their supervisors.
