      Pros

      This company has been great to me so far. It is far beyond where I used to work at before. I just started and I already feel like part of the team. There are numerous resources at our disposal and many friendly people that are willing to go out of there way to help. There is so much potential and a lot of motivation to move up and/or do better. Can't wait to see what else this place has to offer.

      Cons

      As of right now, I cant find any. I haven't been with the company long enough to genuinely give a reasonably CON.

      Great training!

      Pros

      I've been at the company for almost two months now and the training has been top notch. All of the trainers take the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we understand everything. I know it will be a different environment once I start taking claims but it's been good so far. Pay and benefits are definitley nothing to complain about.

      Cons

      I wish we could work from home more often. But it is nice to bounce ideas off one another.
