      I work in Phoenix. The managers are nice and care. We are like a family. The trainers are good. The people I work with are nice. We all help eachother.

      Most paychecks are on time other than that, can’t think of any

      Poor and uncaring leadership Outdated technology No concern for employees Poor communication In January 2020 we did not receive direct deposits of our first paycheck of the month until a week after payday. If this company offers you a job, don’t take it unless it is your last resort.

      Unrealistic claim closing quotas are required Computer systems that don't work Fellow employees lying and closing claims prematurely to keep their jobs Claims are transferred to other adjusters when a claim is ready to be closed (effectively stealing it from the original adjuster) At least 2 TMs have claimed that they could not do claims adjuster's job successfully High turnover
