Great onboarding program! Everyone in my team covered a different topic which made it easy to get to know everyone and a positive transition.

Cons

I haven't encountered any cons. I only wished I would have had more Microsoft teams experience under my belt, but that's more of a personal development issue.

Since starting here I have met wonderful person after wonderful person. From leadership on down, everyone seems genuinely friendly and they seem to prioritize that when hiring. The company is growing, so there's security and room for advancement. Safety of employees and customers seems paramount, with remote work during the pandemic. Plus, flexible in-office days following the pandemic. They care about their insureds and claimants, and want to resolve issues fairly.

Cons

With growth can come growing pains. The company has grown both organically and via acquisition. It takes time and effort to integrate pre-existing systems and office cultures. It also takes time and effort to integrate new team members.
