      Pros

      Kemper is the only company I've worked for, where a sense of team took precedence over individual accomplishment. Those I work with are extremely intelligent in their respective fields and they are willing to share their knowledge with others for the betterment of the team. This is one of the few companies that would trust its new external workers in highly-skilled positions and, for that, I'm thankful.

      Cons

      There's opportunity for the business to reach levels of automation that reduce need for manual processes and, thus, additional time spent on such efforts.
