we all know claims is claims no matter where you work. however it is how you are not only treated, but valued that makes a difference. if you want any of that, then PLEASE keep looking elsewhere. up front you would NEVER guess how dysfunctional and out of touch upper management is. once you're in the door and its too late everything becomes much more apparent. you would have better working conditions mining coal. it would also probably pay better since performance increases are unheard of. if you are rated as an "exceeds" you will get a 1.5% increase for your hard work. oh you got promoted from an adjuster to any other position? that's 3% across the board regardless of job title, salary, time with the company, or experiance. SO MAKE SURE YOU NEGOTIATE A HIGH SALARY. there is absolutely zero work life balance. senior management only wants closures. even if they shouldn't be closed.
