Pros

There are no pros about this place.

Cons

This is a poorly ran company that manages by the numbers. They have no concern for their front line employees. Leadership is a joke that offers no real support or coaching. The policies that they write are inconsistent and full of loop holes making it almost impossible to pass any audits or have confident coverage disucssions. Theor process are unreasonably tome consuming with absolutely no departmental support. Adjusters handle just about everything. Their policy holders are typically drivers who are uninsurable by standard companies not to mention the language barrier with insureds due to the fact they insure unlicensed drivers as well. This place is terrible and Im glad I left. I have been and adjuster for 5 years most of which was spent with a single company. Having left on my own terms I can say I now know what red flags to look for when searching for work. Im now happily employed with another company which is almost night and day. Do not apply here. If they offer you a job I would not count on making it a long term decision. If you are reading this I dont know you personally but if youre a human I know youre better than this.

Pros

Good work life balance. That is all.

Cons

TRAINING IS A JOKE! They say you will receive the training you need to be successful.. well let me tell you now, that is not the case. There is no structure to the training program. When you go to the "BCT training", be prepared to hear "well your manager may do this different but we will show you this anyways". They need to get it together. Disconnected management and structure, starting salary is $39k (joke compared to standard ins companies),
