      Pros

      I had never worked with an acquisition member for the hiring process before. Fallon was an absolute dream to work with. She was very patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot). She made the process which could have been long and tedious very manageable. I feel very fortunate not only to have been hired but Kemper but to have met Fallon and be transitioned into the company with her. I can never say enough great things about Kemper but Fallon stands out in the top great things!

      Pros

      Kemper has managed to keep us employed through the pandemic. I am grateful to have an employer such as Kemper for many other reasons such as competitive salaries and availability to hire when additional staff is needed.

      I can honestly think of no cons to share. Perhaps a more appealing work environment.

      This company has excellent leadership and people that truly care about your personal development and professional development. They strive to ensure a great work-life balance. This is a growing nationally ranked company that feels like a small business with a close knit team.

      Cons

      Must be proactive with bonuses, promotions and salary increases otherwise it can be overlooked. Depending on the role, the work may feel routine if that is something that is undesirable for the employee.
