Pros

they give you the option to have a 30min lunch or an hour lunch.

Cons

My whole job discription. My role working with this company was a auto liability Claim Adjuster. I would say training is horrible, it’s 2 weeks & one of the two weeks were completely based on policies which at the time I started, there were only 2 policies which were almost the same. They have ACD 10am-3pm, Inbound calls for you & your team. I personally had a love hate relationship with ACD bc at times you’re more focused on your teams claims then what you have to do of your own. Then their management, they sit at their desk, doing whatever they do, listening to music therefore they’re very much so available. I would say my manager specifically, wasn’t so bad UNTIL I put in my resignation. I now feel I was being watched while at my desk. I feel they had multiple “complaints” bc your managers Contact information was listed on your email & voicemail. So you didn’t return a call, your customer would call your manager & complain about it. My TM’s manager had these unrealistic expectations & they never had a solution on HOW to fix what everyone was meeting number wise. They want you to manage two incoming email inboxes, voicemails, ACD, meet &/or exceed numbers and manager your desktop all within 8 hours. I find it impossible. My manager was like a babysitter, she watched everything , left notes on everything, missed things we already did on claims & had us doing extra stuff. They want you to call customers 3 days in a row to make contact, then call every week. We give our insured a minimum of 4 weeks to contact us & speak with us about the accident before closing any claims. I put in my resignation more than a month prior to my requested last day. The week of my last day, they “released me” & decided they weren’t going to pay me for the remaining days. They are sneaky, everyone is scared to be honest with you, they have TM’s do their dirty work. I personally didn’t like my experience working here, it made me dislike being a Claim Adjuster. The pay wasn’t bad. But the company itself is not a company to stay with long term. It’s a company to work at, gain some experience & move on. The hours suck bc they worked with California residents only.
