      Pros

      Decent Pay, Good Benefits, Lots to keep you busy and PTO is earned very easy

      Cons

      No real room to move up unless you relocate, Employees are not trustworthy, Constant drama at work, Manager only seen first 2 weeks on the job and never seen again, email and called when ran into problems and hardly ever gets back to you, end up having to email someone higher to get things done

      Pros

      Great location and many kind, honest and collaborative coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Poor communication. No bonuses and very little employee recognition. Different treatment/policies in different departments. Not a place to think freely. People feel beat down and constantly afraid of job loss.

      Pros

      Some of the people who work at Kemper are great! Very nice and always friendly. Work life balance is very lenient.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. No opportunity for upward movement. Poor project planning with limited foresight. It feels as if absolutely everyone is replaceable even though they do not replace the positions of those who leave.
