      Pros

      The work is challenging and the people seem to care about doing the right thing. Lack of stable leadership and direction keeps people on their toes.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking. Used to have communication and meetings but those ended this year. Stability of company is questionable. Growing top tier is limiting opportunity and overlooking good people.

      Pros

      Family friendly, management truly cares about your happiness on and with your job, fun and supportive work environment, decent pay and benefits including short term disability, 401k with company match, and others, many employees are friendly and always available to help and be supportive for the betterment of the company and its insureds, open and helpful HR Department, available, helpful, and friendly tech support, a really great place to work.

      Cons

      Disjointed on-the-job training, inconsistencies in knowledge and application amongst varying district offices and agents can be frustrating, not many chances for advancement within some departments, outdated claims systems.

      The people in the trenches have a good base of knowledge and have the willingness to give their all to the company.

      There is a perception by employees that there is a lack of thoughtful decision making by management on the major issues.
