      Kemper is growing and growing. There are so many opportunities here that you can fine tune which department suits you. Kemper likes to promote from within as well which helps an employee set career goals.

      In depth training on the system, best practices, and your role. I have received more training in the short time that I have been with the company than I did in the 3 yrs I was with my last company.
