      Healthy work environment. From HR to management to my peers, this company is very healthy. I enjoy my work load and life balance. I enjoy being challenged but not being overwhelmed.

      Pros

      nice people we decorate and celebrate for birthdays which is fun welcoming crew establishment is always clean

      Cons

      I get a lot of callers that say the adjusters are awful at getting back to them and that we are the worst insurance company ever

      Kemper is great about providing ongoing training opportunities to it's employees.

      Cons

      It seems to constantly be undergoing re-organization. It creates alot of stress for employees.
