Pros

Kemper cares about the well-being of their employees, both in and out of the office. The company provides good work-related resources as well as fair and generous benefits to help employees with their lives outside the office. Kemper has upward mobility opportunities and provides some reimbursement for further educational pursuits. I have experienced no unkindness from other employees and feel that it is a professional, respectful environment of individuals. They have also provided efficient work-from-home technology to accommodate those current needs.

Cons

Training could have been more thorough (though remote training is admittedly difficult given the office's closure due to COVID-19). Also, with such a large company, it can be difficult to discern where and who your resources are for certain matters.
