Pros

Great benefits, Great salary, and Great hours. Management is very knowledgeable about the company and procedures. Time flies you will never be bored, you come in and before you know it. It is time to go to home. Management is very welcoming and understanding. They provide adequate resources, which in turn enable you to succeed. They acknowledge progress and compliment you. Not a company that only likes to point out the negative things you do. Family type atmosphere I plan to be with this company for a long time.

Cons

I have not been able to identify any negatives, if there is a problem everyone up to management will do their best to help u resolve or address your issues.

I have been pleasantly surprised to find Kemper to be professional, management awesome, co-workers and environment pleasant, and plenty of opportunities and support. I look forward to consistently learning and growing with this company.

Cons

I am in my 5th week here. I have found management to be very down to earth, professional, friendly and approachable. Very happy here.

Pros

We're a mid-sized company which I think provides us some of the benefits and advantages of a larger company but allow for a fluidity to change quickly and a more personable and family like atmosphere. I also like the idea of wearing multiple hats and having variety in work life. We're able to experiment and try new things which can be exciting.

Cons

Though I believe we have an exciting future ahead, there are lots of changes to absorb right now. You have to be willing and able to turn on a dime.
