Pros

The pay is okay. There are some advancement opportunities. The benefits are good. You get paid on a regular basis.

Cons

You can't take personal days off without falling behind: they even seem to frown on taking earned personal days. Job duties are not clear cut.

Pros

Benefits was great and outstanding

Cons

You will get charge for anything that lapse on your route, you have to overwrite your lapse to keep your check from dropping, most of the clients can't afford no more insurance and neighbors are on a low income. You can only work assigned areas since you have to collect in the area you work. There is room for advancement if you know all of upper management they don't promote on performance. Depending on your manager you will be micro managed you feel like you working at Walmart-mart accept you not clocking in or out. This is the worse insurance job I ever had.
