      Great company and was going to go to school to become a CNC programmer and I've learn a lot and shown them that the job wasn't has hard as people said it would be

      Laid off, lack of work, not enough of work need more work and have more people learn more than what they already know

      The overall atmosphere is enjoyable. The majority of people are fun loving and hard working. Continuous education is highly encouraged.

      Cons

      There are certain managers and directors who like to micromanage in the extreme. Those very few individuals tend to make life aggravating for the more independent thinkers.
