Pros
New company great benefits - my new health insurance premium is $975 less per month! Life Insurance added and Retirement program plus 401K. Management of Kemper is keeping advised of changes. no more sick leave - all PTO, so co workers not ditching Mondays & my job easier because most all of us are here 5 days a week so work is spread out evenly now.
Cons
Still have lazy workers that stay on cell phone instead of customer help, but hope it changes.
