Pros

Base salary (minimal at best). There can be some flexibility in the hours you work however to meet all of the expectation the flexiblity is if you will work 10 or 12 hour days and or saturdays

Cons

long hours and unreasonable goals to reach a reasonable earning level...working conditions in many cases that are not safe due to the areas worked and amount of cash collected
