Good PTO, depends on your manager you can even be stuck with a "boss" or a team leader.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging, supervisors really don't know much of what they are doing.

Leadership actively listens to employee feedback and works to implement solutions that enhance our work experience and support new ideas.

Cons

Due to several recent acquisitions, we now have multiple systems that require management. Kemper is in the transition of system migrations, which means we need to be agile and adaptable as we work towards implementing long-term solutions.
