Rapidly growing company, the owner is constantly investing in new equipment and adding to capacity

Cons

Very stressful environment, management talks about safety and quality but at the end of the day case count is king. Workforce is more unhappy than I have ever seen before.

Great brands with explosive growth. Everybody works hard and struggles to keep ahead of customer demand. Good pay and benefits plus job security. Family ownership is quick to invest.

Cons

Lack of systems. With all the growth improvement in processes takes a back seat. High cost of living if you are at the corporate building in Massachusetts
